English Muffin Pizzas


  • 4 English muffins, split in half
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, sliced olives, mushrooms, or onions)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Place the split English muffin halves on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each English muffin half. Spread the sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pizza sauce, covering the surface of each English muffin half. Use more or less cheese according to your preference.
  5. Add your desired toppings over the cheese. You can get creative and use a variety of toppings to suit your taste.
  6. Place the baking sheet with the English muffin pizzas into the preheated oven.
  7. Bake the pizzas for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
  8. Keep an eye on the pizzas as they bake to prevent them from burning. Cooking time may vary slightly depending on your oven and the thickness of the toppings.
  9. Once the cheese is melted and the pizzas are cooked to your liking, remove them from the oven.
  10. Allow the English muffin pizzas to cool for a few minutes before serving. They can be enjoyed as is or cut into quarters for easy snacking.
