Baked Salmon with Dill

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down, if applicable.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and dried dill evenly over the salmon fillets.
  • Place the baking sheet with the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Serve the Baked Salmon with Dill as a nutritious and flavorful main dish. It pairs well with roasted vegetables, quinoa, or a fresh salad.
